Miles is Winding Down

After an incredible journey of almost 9 years, we've made the difficult decision to shut down the Miles app as of May 14, 2025.

We started Miles with a bold vision: to be the world's most rewarding program by celebrating every action, big and small. Thanks to you—our users, partners, and supporters—we reached milestones we never imagined.

While this chapter is coming to a close, we don't see it as the end of the road. Miles has always been about movement—and who's to say where the journey leads next?
